Rev's exchange policy is just like our return policy. Please start here to initiate an exchange.

First, review our return policy then request a return authorization number. Once you receive the RMA, follow these steps:

1. Put the resaleable part back in the original packaging and be sure to include any cables, manuals, or other parts that came with it.

2. Pack the merchandise in a secure, outer box. Write the RA number clearly on the box.

3. Ship the part(s) back to us and obtain a tracking number from the carrier. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for returns that get lost or damaged in transit.

Contact us right away so we can fix the mix-up.

It happens. Contact us as soon as possible so you can get your return or exchange completed quickly.

Maybe. Most of the time we can't help, but please give us a call at 877-473-8337 to discuss any unique circumstances.

There are a few reasons we cannot accept a part:

> If you installed the parts or damaged the them in any way.

> If they are custom parts or special orders.

> If there is a broken electrical seal.

> If any pieces or parts are damaged or missing.

> If the serial number does not match the product you purchased here.

Please note: The manufacturer (e.g., PPE and FLO-PRO) may have additional restrictions on returns. (See next answer for details)

Rev's Diesel Performance does require a 15% restocking fee on refunds to cover our expenses. We do not charge this restocking fee for exchanges. However, different manufacturers have their own restocking requirements, so we must follow these rules:

PPE - Only unopened items can be returned with just a Rev's RMA. Opened, defective, or damaged products must receive a PPE RMA number and then request an RMA from us.

S&B - They require a 15% restocking fee on any return.

ATS - Their policy requires a 25% restocking fee.

FLO-PRO - They will not accept any parts that have been installed. Uninstalled returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Quadzilla Power - Their policy requires a 20% restocking fee.

Titan Fuel Tanks - This company also requires a 20% restocking fee.

The list of policies above come directly from these manufacturers, so the team at Rev's Diesel Performance cannot make exceptions to these rules. What we can do is answer questions and help you order the best parts for your vehicle. Just contact us before you order. We're here to help.

If you receive a part that is defective right out of the box, contact us at 877-473-8337. Our customer service team will work with you and the manufacturer to obtain replacement parts. If you receive a part that is damaged during shipping, please keep the box and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier and discuss next steps.

Rev's Diesel Performance does not reimburse installation fees or labor charges under any circumstance.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We also recommend insuring your return package.

It typically takes 3-5 business days to inspect returned items and process refunds. Remember, there is a 15% restocking fee and we do not reimburse shipping fees, so it will not be a 100% refund.

If you have the receipt, an exchange is easy to do. If you don't, it gets harder. Contact us to discuss it.

Because Rev's doesn't build any of these parts, we cannot extend warranties. Any implied warranties on this site are done by the parts manufacturers. If you believe your part should be covered under a warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
