Shipping FAQs

Free shipping is available for specially marked products and specific cart totals that ship within the contiguous United States. All other purchases will have varied shipping costs, based on a) the total cost/weight of your order, b) where you live, and c) how fast you want it. Before you complete the checkout, the shipping options are calculated for your convenience. Just choose your preferred shipping method before completing the checkout.

Rev’s utilizes UPS, FedEx, and USPS as carriers. The methods available are ground, 2nd day, next day, and freight (for large items). Depending on the parts you order, you will see the shipping options and costs during the checkout process.

No, we do not have a minimum order amount.

Many products in the Rev’s Diesel Performance catalog can be sent via Next Day or 2nd Day delivery, and once you complete the delivery address information, the shipping options will calculate. Expedited shipping is only available on business days. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.

Orders received after 3pm EST, Monday thru Thursday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday and any order placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday. Of course, if Monday is a holiday, the order will be processed on Tuesday. Please be advised that out of stock parts or special orders may take longer to process. If you have specific inventory or parts questions, please contact us before you order.

Rev’s Diesel Performance is located in Charlestown, New Hampshire, but we have warehouses across the country. So, depending on whether or not you paid for rush shipping, your order can arrive in as little as 2 days (rush shipping) or 3-5 business days. Of course, inclement weather or other incidents may delay delivery.

Once your order ships, you will be emailed tracking information.

For security purposes, your card will be charged at time of checkout. That way, we don’t have to store any credit card information.

As soon as possible. We will notify you if a part you ordered is out of stock.

While we prefer to always ship to the card’s billing address, we recognize there may sometimes be unique circumstances. Please contact us for more information and be prepared to supply us with additional information and possible proof of identification.

Yes, we can ship to these places, but any free shipping offers are not applicable. Please use the shipping calculator at checkout for shipping prices to these addresses.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APOs and FPOs. If there is a stateside address Rev’s can ship to, that is always preferable.

Sorry, we do not. Rev’s Diesel Performance ships parts to all 50 US states, and we are able to do some special orders to Canadian addresses. Canadian orders are not eligible for free shipping, and the customer is responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or duties incurred. Please call us to place any Canadian orders - 877-473-8337.

Yes. All hazardous items are shipped via UPS ground shipping. We cannot expedite these parts.

Yes, all oversized parts are shipped as freight, so free shipping does not apply. The cost of shipping will be calculated in the cart before checkout is completed.

We’re sorry, we’ll take care of our mistake, and it won’t cost you anything other than some inconvenience. However, we can’t be responsible if we shipped you the part you ordered and it just didn’t fit.

If we sent you the wrong part, we’ll make it right. If you ordered the wrong part, you’ll need to follow our return procedures within 30 days of purchase. Be advised – not all parts are returnable. Contact us for a return authorization number. If you have any fitment or other questions, please call before ordering.

We always prefer to ship parts to the credit card billing address, and we process orders very quickly. Contact us if you have a unique circumstance, and we’ll see if anything can be done.

We put a tracking number on everything we ship for precisely this reason. If you suspect the package is lost, please contact the carrier. If you won’t be available at the delivery time, please leave instructions for the driver. Rev’s Diesel Performance cannot be held responsible for delivered orders that were stolen.

Refusing a shipment is not the proper way to return it. Instead of refusing shipment, just accept the shipment and then contact us for a return authorization. If you refuse a shipment, we may charge you a fee for doing so because it’s a major inconvenience for us.
